Lista magistratilor turnatori/colaboratori include si un fost judecator de la Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie Consiliul National pentru Studierea Arhivelor Securitatii a transmis Lumeajustitiei.ro o lista cu 14 magistrati asupra carora instantele au decis, definitiv ca au colaborat cu Securitatea sau ca au fost angajati ai fostei Securitati. Din cei 14, 5 au fost identificati de Lumeajustitiei.ro ca fiind inca in activitate, si nu in instante sau parchete de la capatul tarii, ci chiar in curti de apel cu activitate intensa. Mai mult, CNSAS a transmis ca si un judecator de la Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie, Ion Ionescu, in prezent pensionar, a colaborat cu fosta securitate. Prezentam mai jos lista transmisa de CNSAS, cu mentionarea celor care mai sunt inca in activitate: Teodoru Bostan - fost procuror la Parchetul de pe langa Judecatoria Buhusi; Mircea Brasoveanu - fost procuror la Parchetul de pe langa Judecatoria Targu-Mures ; Ioan Cozilec - fost judecator si vicepresedinte al Judecatoriei Lugoj ; Lucian Cristea – fost judecator de Curte de Apel ; Marioara Dicu – prim-procuror al Parchetului de pe langa Judecatoria Dragasani - in activitate; Gheorghe Gabrovschi – fost judecator la Tribunalul Sindic Iasi, in prezent pensionar ; Ioan Haiduc- fost procuror al Parchetului de pe langa Tribunalul Timis ; Ion Ionescu - fost judecator al Inaltei Curti de Casatie si Justitie, pensionat ; Teodor Iordache - procuror la Parchetul de pe langa Tribunalul Caras-Severin - in activitate ; Sergiu Lupascu – judecator la Judecatoria Bacau - in activitate ; Vasile Mos – judecator la Tribunalul Brasov - in activitate ; Florian Murg – fost judecator la Curtea de Apel Oradea ; Valentin Nistor - fost judecator la Tribunalul Vaslui ; Dan Mircea Tabaltoc - judecator la Curtea de Apel Iasi - in activitate

BRUSSELS BERLIN: Eurozone governments are considering a plan to prevent a Greek default under which private investors would be asked to maintain their exposure to its debt and Athens would receive a new package of EU/IMF aid, eurozone sources said. Sources spoke of the new strategy on Thursday after ECB raised the stakes in its bid to prevent a restructuring of Greek debt by telling governments it would refuse to accept the bonds as collateral in the event of such a move. The threat, made by ECB executive board member Juergen Stark at a conference in Athens on Wednesday came after European finance ministers raised the possibility of a "soft restructuring" via debt maturity extensions earlier this week. One source with insight into European discussions on Greek debt said any "soft" or "hard" restructuring that might trigger a "credit event" - or the payout of default insurance contracts - was now off the table. Instead of a maturity extension, which might decrease the value of bonds and trigger such an event, banks would be encouraged to maintain their holdings of Greek debt and buy new bonds to replace issues as they matured, the source said. This would be done in combination with a new package of Greek reforms and austerity, as well as more EU/IMF money to secure Greece's funding needs through 2014. "We hope to have an agreement by the end of June," the source said.

Guvernul va modifica din nou taxa auto
Guvernul a decis ca, în aproximativ două săptămâni, să modifice din nou taxa de primă înmatriculare, după ce Curtea de Justiţie a Comunităţilor Europene (CJCE) a apreciat că această taxă încalcă legislaţia Uniunii Europene, au declarat agenţiei MEDIAFAX surse oficiale.
